MEDITATION workshop for everyone Held fortnightly on Sunday's 3.30-5.30pm. $250 for 6 classes starts: Aug 20th, Ends Oct 22nd. Explore and rediscover your deepest self through Meditation workshops using sound, colour, movement & visualization. Learn self healing techniques for physical, emotional & mental relief, through practice in class and home use if you wish to deepen your self development.
